The Founder PRESIDENT (Adv. Prof. Sanjeev Sharma) is a visionary who looks forward to see a more professional approach in the field of Swimming. He has a vast experience in teaching & imbibing swimming skills. He himself is a certified Life Guard from Royal Life Saving Society, Perth, Australia in the year of 2003. He is also a certified swimming coach from NIS Patiala in Grade 'A' (in short term course jointly organised by NIS Patiala and SAI [Sports Authority of India]) & has done Diploma in Sports (Specialisation in Swimming) from ITK, Universitat Leipzig, Germany. he has an experience of over 15 years in teaching swimming to beginners & 8 years to competitive swimmers. Prof. Sharma not only posses professional degrees in the field of swimming & life guard but also is a graduate from Shri Ram College Commerce & studied his masters at Delhi School of Economics, LL. B., M. Phil & is a Ph. D. He has also 9 reference books on Economics and Finance for senior school, MBA and BBA level students, UGC NET. He is also Chief Editor of an International Journal of Management and Technology Research (ISSN No. 2277-291X). He is also regular writer of articles on economics and finance for international illustrative newsmagazine. President is a very dynamic personality that is reflected from his various achievements. He bid farewell from competitive swimming with his sea race in Jan'2003 Perth, Australia, where he has won a consolation prize. He is recipient of "Shaheed Ajay Award" for Best Sportsperson of the Year by Gwalior District Authorities 1995 & Lifetime achievement award by Lt. Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Trust 2023.

CHITRESH SHARMA is a Diploma holder in Swimming from the Indian Premier sports faculty development institute Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports, Patiala, Punjab. He is also known for his specialised physical training, as he is certified World Level 1 & 2 from WSCA (America), FINA and known for his physical training in pretigious institutions of the country including Indian Air Force, Lakshmi Bai National College Of Physical Education (LNCPE) and Gujrat Government Swimming Academy, Vadodra under guidance of Shri Kanti Verdhan Sharma, who has been a Chief National Coach for more than 2 decades of Indian Swimming Team. Mr. Sharma is Graduate from Indian Air Force and has done scholing from Ujjain's reputed school. He is also a member of ISHOF (International Swimming Hall of Fame), Technical Member of World Swimming Coaches Association, Asian Swimming Coaches Association, Refree of Swimming Federation of India and Indian Triathlon Federation.

CHANDAN KUMAR BARUAH is a graduate from Delhi University. He hails from Guwahati, Assam. He has represented his State in the National Champioships in the decade of 1990's. He has won a Silver medal and a Bronze medal in Back Stroke and butterfly in the national swimming champioship. He has also a Gold medal in the YMCA National Swimming Championship. Mr. Baruah has also represented India in the Asia Pacific Swimming Championship, an international swimming tournament. Now he is helping Para swimmers of Guwahati to perform and in their quest for glory.

PARAG GUPTA is a graduate from Delhi University, did his MBA from University of Pune. He has rich experience in Marketing with 28 years in Business Development, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Process Implementation and Team Management. He has in-depth exposure to wide spectrum of functions, along with strong management & organisational capability. He is Proficient in cementing healthy relationship with the clients for generating business and leading workforce towards accomplishing business and corporate goals. He is Meticulous, results-oriented professional with demonstrated success directing development of organisations. His Systematic, organised, hardworking and dedicated team player with an analytical bent of mind makes him Effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills & ability to relate to people at all levels. Mr. Gupta's core competance is in Set up/Start up - Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Customer Satisfaction & Allegiance, Commercial Support, People & Team Management, Process Management

Dr. SANDEEP SHARMA is from Uttrakhand, India. Dr. Sharma is Pro - Vice Chancellor at Pretigious Dev Bhoomi University, Uttrakhand, India. Dr. Sharma is a visionary and has helped the University to inculcate the research as a routine in their academic culture. Dr. Sharma is also recipient of Highest Sports Award of Government of MP (India) i.e. Vikram Puraskar. Also Dr. Sharma is a silver medallist in the Asia Pacific Swimming and Diving Championship. Other than this he has won several medals at national and state level in diving. Dr. Sharma has done his certification program in swimming coaching from prestigious NS NIS (Netaji Subhash National Inst. of Sports) Patiala and SAI (Sports Authority of India). Dr. Sharma is recipient of various prestigious awards also including Gramya Awards 2025.
